What shall we research after Chocolate?

We will soon be releasing our functional technology both online and in person! Our next step will be to collect information from YOU about how the technology works. Is it intuitive? Easy to use? Rigorous? etc.
The initial use of our service will be as a research oriented community building tool. We’ll take on one or more focused topics (types of products) to research together as a community. Once our results are trustworthy, we’ll be ready to celebrate their release to the public! Then we’ll move on to the next topic.
Our first research focus will be Chocolate! Why? Because most of us adore chocolate and would love to know more about the effects that different brands have on the world around us (Hersheys has released an organic chocolate bar!)
But what will we focus on after that? It takes some planning to get the preliminary scouting reports underway (which are being prepared even now for our chocolate focus. So it will be helpful to get some feedback from all ya’ll now about what we should focus on after chocolate.

This seems like a good way to think. Jumpshots are better when you think not of the shot, but of the follow-through. Researching chocolate is not a static end, but just the first spot on a continuous path.
